Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- No one declared a patent.

- Bob: We should discuss our plans for DAC presentations

- Mike: Reminder that we decided to meet every two weeks going forward
  - Bob: The next meeting would run into the DAC summit
  - We decided the next meeting would be in 3 weeks

AR Review:

- Mike ask David Banas if he might be able to join us
  - David is unable to join us currently

- Bob send Antonio Orlandi email address to Mike
  - Done

- Mike put Moshiul's sample data into the work archive
  - Done, but no announcement yet
  - Both XLSX and XLS files were uploaded

- Bob ask Bruce Archambeault to present on FSV at the DAC summit
  - He was not there

New items:

DAC IBIS summit planning:
- Will be attending: Anders, Bob
- Bob: Will we have a presentation?
- Mike: Has IEEE FSV ever been presented?
- Bob: Bruce would have to present that
- Anders can present:
  - Title: Correlation Update from the IBIS Quality Group
  - Up to 30 minutes, preferably shorter

AR: Anders and Mike prepare a summit presentation on IQ status

Mike showed Moshiul's sample data:
- Bob: What does the device output actually look like?
- Mike: Assume the patterns were different
- Moshiul: This is a SPICE initialization problem
  - The device would never have that voltage
  - Have not checked it
- Bob: Why would this be used for correlation?
- Mike: Could it have started in the disabled state?
- Moshiul: It could be
- Anders: Which node is this?
- Moshiul: The Rx pad

We looked at IEEE 1597.2
- Section 7.2.1 Step 1 begins with reducing the data set
- Bob: You might arguably take out the first cycle too
- Mike: Real systems are already warmed up before switching begins
- Next week we can begin at 7.2.3
- Anders: I could try writing this in Perl
